Day 1 - August 9:
Join us for a day of connection and renewal, starting at noon with arrival at Nipika; we will have introductions and a guided site tour. At 1:00 PM, we'll head out for a mindful trail run (7- 9kms) designed to help you move with intention and awareness. Afterward, enjoy appetizers and social time at 3:00 PM, followed by a restorative yoga session at 4:00 PM to help you unwind and relax. Dinner will be served at 6:00 PM, offering a chance to nourish and recharge. We'll close the evening from 7:00 PM to 9:15 PM gathered around the campfire for storytelling, getting to know one another and creating space for reflection and connection under the stars.

Day 2 - August 10:
14 km - 660 meters gain - Hiking distance and elevation.
On Sunday, we’ll start the day with a nourishing breakfast at 7:00 AM before heading out at 8:30 AM for an exciting ride to the trailhead! Here, we will begin a stunning hike through Assiniboine Pass, taking in breathtaking views of fresh mountain air and sub-alpine meadows to a lake. Upon returning to Nipika around 4:30 PM, guests can relax and enjoy appetizers before gathering for a delicious dinner at 6:00 PM. The evening from 7:00 PM to 9:15 PM is reserved for quiet relaxation, with the option to book massage therapy for an additional fee — a perfect way to unwind after a full day of adventure.

Day 3 - August 11:
On Monday, we’ll begin the day with breakfast at 7:00 AM and a peaceful yoga and meditation session to ground and energize. At 9:00 AM, enjoy a guided paddling experience on the beautiful Kootenay River, taking in the tranquillity of the water and surrounding landscapes. After some free time and lunch at noon, we’ll gather again at 3:00 PM for a rejuvenating yoga session. At 4:30 PM, guests are invited to enjoy appetizers alongside a forest learning workshop that fosters a deeper connection to nature. A delicious dinner will be served at 6:00 PM, and massage therapy sessions will be available from 7:00 PM to 9:15 PM to help you relax and restore at an additional cost.

Day 4 - August 12:
10 km - 900 meters elevation gain.
Start the day with a hearty breakfast at 7:00 AM before departing at 8:30 AM for a breathtaking hike along Mitchell Ridge. From 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM, enjoy a scenic and challenging 4-5 hour trek with stunning ridge and expansive views. After returning, guests can refresh with showers and appetizers at 3:30 PM, followed by a nourishing dinner at 5:00 PM. At 6:00 PM, relax and unwind during a calming sound therapy session ( Rhytmic Renaissance) by the talented Diane Petrinac and Patrick Carrick. This helps to restore balance and peace after a full day of exploration. The evening concludes with a restful bedtime at 9:00 PM.

Day 5 - August 13 :
On Wednesday, we’ll begin the day with breakfast at 7:00 AM and a morning yoga session at 8:00 AM to gently wake the body and mind. Afterward, guests will have time to pack up at 9:00 AM before heading out for a final trail run at 9:45 AM, offering one last chance to connect with nature and embrace mindful movement. We’ll gather for a meaningful closing ceremony and farewell lunch at noon to celebrate our time together. Departures will begin at 2:00 PM as we say goodbye, feeling refreshed and renewed.
